Do you sit or stand more at work?

The nature of your work is what is going to determine if you are going to be sitting down or standing up more often.

Take for instance someone who is working as a security guard, his job description demands that he stands up more often than sitting down.

I can't sit at work unless it's break time. I work in a factory and my job makes me stand to operate the machinery. Though I'm at a desk most of the day, they still don't want me to sit. When I get downtime I have to operate machinery anyways so I can't sit down doing that. :P

I guess me doing game dev counts as work, and I can't make my desk high enough to stand and use, so I sit more.
