Happy Holidays! How was everyone's Christmas?
Mine was better than I expected! My mum got me a Street Fighter 2 "Countercade"!


I also won a Virtual Boy at Yahoo! Auctions for 15,000 yen! It's just the base unit and was a junk listing, but it's a start! Also ordered a controller to go with it.

Ahhh heck yeah. That is an awesome present.   Check in to the hacks for that thing ;).

I had a feeling there exist hacks. Is there a site/database for it?

I plan to release my current project, Operation: Followthrough, on Jaguar and PC. I managed to finish and release a playable demo on PC on new Year's Eve! I made it using SDL and OpenGL 1.2 so it'll also work on Windows 95 and 98 provided you have a card that supports those libraries

Well damn for the first time since the 3rd grade I am playing in the snow .

I've had this awful virus for the past week that has me constantly coughing. I also bruised my ribs from Aikido last week... not a good combination.
As a result of this, I've been stuck in the house, and I feel like I'm going to legitimately go crazy if I don't go out soon!

Oh yeah, I also signed on with Songbird Productions to publish Operation: Followthrough on Atari Jaguar! I'm also looking into making ports for other systems.

Our cat has had an infection on his chin for the past week or so, and my mum took him to the vet to check on it, and they think he has cancer... They took samples to test and they'll get back to us on Friday.
Hopefully he doesn't. We have been given anti-biotics for him to take. We have to grind it down and sprinkle it in his food. We tried to physically put it in his mouth and make him swallow it, but he retaliated too much and gave me a few scratches as I was holding him while my mum tried to make him take it.

He seems to be in good spirits right now, though. He was zooming around, meowing loudly at us, and digging into his food. Hopefully he has a good bit of life left in him.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat Cobra.  Be sure to give him lots of pets and make sure he's comfortable. It's good he's still quite active! Sorry I haven't been online much, with all the bs going on with politics I've been getting quite angry at all the crap going on. I've been off of Facebook for about two weeks now, maybe longer? I'm not sure lol.

As for my day, I have been getting into science fiction novels again. I finished the Dune 1, Dune Messiah and one of the Thrawn trilogy novels, Heir of the Empire. I have been interested in finishing those series. Then moving on to Hyperion by Dan Simmons, it seems to be lack of Sci fi in the Hollywood these days. So it's nice to even get into more material to begin with. There's some unique stuff in there.

Also, sorry about your cat. I hope it gets better for them, and have still have a bit of life still going for them.

I won an FM Towns Marty on Yahoo! Auctions! I also ordered a GBA E-reader on eBay.
I'm going to be relatively short on money this month, but hopefully it'll be worth it!
