The Handheld Games Should Have Used a Save Function

I've been attempting to play Enter the Gecko on the GBC but man these games really needed a save function IMO. They use the password system like the first Gex did. I suppose they did this to save on costs for the cartridges though. I've found myself dying left and right because I would get hit by enemies twice lol. It's quite frustrating at times. You know, I might just study on how to enable SRAM on a GBC game and implement it myself at some point lol.

Yeah I never understood why they didn't include save options... Don't get me wrong the password thing feels old school and cool, but like come on... :P .

The lack of a save function in Enter the Gecko on the GBC can be frustrating, especially with the password system. It seems like a cost-saving measure for the cartridges. Implementing SRAM yourself could be a solution, but it might require studying and learning how to do it if its possible lol.
