Romhacking.net Is Shutting Down

Well the main site is at least. Nightcrawler decided to stop working on Romhacking.net, he did back up everything to the internet archive and other people have come out of the woodwork to make their own versions of Romhacking.net. The forums will still remain online at least though, but it's sad to see the site get archived. The only thing that's going to be posted on the main site is Rom hacking news.

Bummer... I blame Nintendo.

For a company so against emulation.. they sure make it a pain in the ass to get certain games any other way.. Unless you wanna spend 1000 on an OG copy.

Yeah Nintendo is terrible. Even Sega recently caused another site to go down, which is very rare  since Sega is cool about Sonic fans making ROM hacks. At least there's other people stepping up and reviving it. Nightcrawler even put in a good word for Neo Rom Hacking Dot Net, I just wish they weren't using Acmlmboard and picked SMF like RHDN did or Xenforo. Ah well, it's a nice alternative at least.
